Valentine’s Day; Spread Love All Year

Everyone wants to feel loved. We all love LOVE and how it makes us feel. We want to be loved and appreciated but how well do we show love? How well do we love other people? Love gives life more meaning. The world will be a better place if people showed love more often and to more people. If people didn’t limit their show of love to their romantic relationships.

Showing love to others has a lot of benefits. It expands our consciousness from the “I” obsession to “We”. The renowned French novelist Victor Hugo said, “the greatest happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved; loved for ourselves, or rather, loved in spite of ourselves."

Love diminishes ego and selfishness and ultimately benefits society as a whole.

People have a tendency to limit love to romantic relationships. We tend to place romantic love on a pedestal and overlook the other vital manifestations of love.

Love gives us the assurance that we are not alone. It gives us a sense of belonging. Everyone deserves to feel that.

Activate your reset button this Valentine’s Day. Evaluate your relationships with people. How well do you spread love around you? Do you limit your show of love only to your romantic relationship? Evaluate yourself and spread love this season. Love that neighbor that helps you pick your kids from school, love that janitor, love your colleagues at work, love that teacher who helps your child learn how to be better, love that waiter at your regular restaurant. Love your friends. Show love to more people and you’ll experience its positively transformative effect. Its true what Zora Neal Hurston said, “Love makes your soul crawl out from its hiding place."

We have curated a gift package for you. We have stunning necklaces, gift vouchers, dresses and Boubous available. Give to your parents, your siblings, friends, your relatives, colleagues, neighbors and everyone that matters to you. This Valentine embody Maya Angelou’s statement and "have enough courage to trust love one more time and always one more time."
